After a long day, the last thing anyone wants is a complicated recipe with 25 ingredients and a sink full of dishes.
1. Garlic Butter Prawn Pasta (18 mins)
Cook spaghetti until al dente. Meanwhile, fry fresh prawns in butter, garlic, chilli flakes, and a squeeze of lemon. Toss together with a handful of parsley.
2. Teriyaki Salmon Rice Bowl (20 mins)
Pan-fry a salmon fillet and glaze with teriyaki sauce in the last two minutes. Serve over steamed rice with sliced avocado, edamame, and a drizzle of Japanese mayo.
3. One-Pan Chicken Thighs with Roast Veg (30 mins)
Toss chicken thighs, cherry tomatoes, courgette, and capsicum in olive oil, smoked paprika, and oregano. Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes.
